The Semi-Annual General Meeting is November 25, 4:00 – 6:00 in room 205 Tyee Hall on the Courtenay campus of North Island College.
All 15 Union Representatives must attend, as voting members. All students at North Island College are welcome to attend, as observers.
The semi-annual general meeting includes;
- Presentation of audited financial statements.
- Appointment of auditors for 2025/2026.
- Housekeeping of bylaw IV 2: The Students’ Union shall hold an Annual General Meeting and a Semi-Annual General Meeting each year, between April 1 and April 30 and between October 15 and November 15, respectively. External forces sees the need to update the Semi-Annual General Meeting to October 15 – November 30.
- Presentation of the Annual Strategic Plan.
- And pizza dinner!
